Yes, kiss819 offers betting on Malaysia Super League and English Premier League (EPL) matches, the two most popular football leagues among local players. You can choose markets such as 1X2, over/under goals, and Asian handicap. Make sure you check the latest match schedule and odds before placing your bets.

Malay Odds are expressed as positive or negative values — positive odds mean you win more than your original stake, while negative odds mean you need to bet more to win a certain amount. Decimal Odds show the total return for every RM1 staked, including the stake. For example, odds of 2.50 means RM2.50 returned for every RM1 staked. Malaysian players are generally more familiar with the Malay format, but both are available on the kiss819 sports platform.

Mix parlay lets you combine several betting selections from different matches into a single ticket. All selections must win for you to receive a payout — if one selection loses, the entire parlay ticket fails. However, the payouts offered are much higher compared to regular single bets. kiss819 supports mix parlay across a wide range of sports and leagues, making it an attractive option for players who are good at match analysis.

Yes, badminton is among the sports supported in the kiss819 sportsbook section. This includes international-level tournaments such as the Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, and BWF World Tour matches. You can bet on match winners, set scores, and other markets depending on the tournament currently running. Badminton is very popular among Malaysian players, and kiss819 ensures these markets are always kept up to date.

Once you have confirmed a bet, the odds recorded at that point are fixed for your ticket — any odds changes after that do not affect bets already confirmed. Odds can change due to factors such as team lineup changes, player injury news, or large money movements in the market. This is normal in sports. Check your bet slip to confirm the odds used.

The minimum withdrawal amount at kiss819 is RM50. This limit applies to all available withdrawal methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. Make sure your account balance is sufficient before submitting a withdrawal request.

Yes, but there are wagering requirements that must be met first. The kiss819 welcome bonus offers 120% extra up to RM500 on your first deposit. Before bonus winnings can be withdrawn, you need to fulfil a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a bonus of RM120, you need to wager RM1,800 (RM120 × 15) before those winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

Withdrawals at kiss819 are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This timeframe covers all available withdrawal methods. In certain cases such as additional verification requirements, the process may take slightly longer. If your withdrawal exceeds 3 hours, you are encouraged to contact kiss819 customer support via live chat for an immediate update.

Withdrawals delayed beyond the usual timeframe can occur for several reasons: identity verification not yet complete, bonus wagering requirements not yet met, or a temporary technical issue. Check your email for any notifications from kiss819. If there is no notification, contact our 24/7 support via live chat with your transaction reference number to get an immediate update.

In general, kiss819 recommends that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used during deposit, as part of security and compliance measures. This ensures funds are returned to a verified source and helps speed up the verification process. If you need to use a different method, please contact our support team for further guidance before submitting a request.

A stable internet connection, whether WiFi or 4G/5G mobile data, is strongly recommended especially for live casino sessions.

If the problem persists, contact kiss819 support via live chat with a screenshot of the error for further assistance.

Several reasons can prevent login even when your credentials are correct: an outdated browser cache may be storing a corrupted session — clear the cache and try again. Also check whether Caps Lock is active when typing your password. If the problem continues, use the "Forgot password" function to reset it. If your account is locked after several failed attempts, contact kiss819 support to unlock your account.
